We are located on East Two River, connecting Tower to beautiful Lake Vermilion; the world-class walleye lake is not only beautiful but is home to some great fishing. There is a public sandy beach just down the road by Hoo Doo Point. It is always fun to grab a tube and head down the River to Tower.
Protected Dock
Our protected docks on the 300 feet of riverfront that is a common area, will be the perfect spot to dock your boat when not in use. You don’t have to worry when the winds start blowing the waves around, and you don’t have to go through the work of loading and unloading each time you want to use your boat.
Close to Boundary Waters
Everyone loves to go to the quiet and peaceful Boundary Waters. Well, it’s only a boat ride away from our resort. Enjoy the incredible, peaceful outdoor paradise known worldwide.
Close to the City of Tower
Maybe you need supplies to grill, or you want to shop and eat a nice meal, Tower will provide you with what you need. Located downriver a half-mile or just one minute by car. The quaint city of Tower has a grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, shops, and more for your convenience.
World Class Trails
If biking and hiking are your thing, tower RV Resort is next to the Mesabi Trail with 135 miles of paved trail winding in and out of the woodlands, and don’t forget our miles of the most beautiful snowmobile and ATV trails in the area.
32 Lot RV Park
The Tower RV Resort is a beautiful small 32 lot park with over half of the land green common space for you to enjoy. We also have 300 feet of quiet riverfront to fish from shore or have a picnic.
City Water and Sewer
Our city water, sewer, and electrical hookups are worry-free and easy to maintain with no holding tanks necessary.
Own or Rent
We will give you a choice. We have set aside some lots for seasonal renting and some purchasing . Owning instead of renting will give you a paid-for lot to pass on to the next generation or to sell when you retire. Purchasing will guarantee that you will have the same lot each year, and we are already witnessing skyrocketing rental rates. We have several financing options to choose from.
